AI Workforce Readiness Internship - 2026

Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and governance are transforming every industry—from healthcare and finance to education, sports, and public service. Students who understand these systems early gain a major advantage in the modern workforce.

This internship gives you the opportunity to work hands-on with emerging AI technologies, build real prototypes, analyze risks, and understand how these systems operate in real-world environments. You'll develop practical skills that employers are actively seeking while contributing to projects that support responsible and secure use of AI.

Our Fall 2025 cohort included students from Clemson University, Florida A&M University, Florida State University, Texas A&M–Texarkana, the University of North Florida, and Valdosta State University, representing more than eight different majors. This diversity fuels collaboration, exposes you to multiple perspectives, and helps prepare you for the interdisciplinary nature of modern AI careers.

President Trump's AI Challenge

Calling all young innovators! This exciting challenge is designed specifically for K-12 students to explore artificial intelligence through fun, hands-on projects that solve real problems in your school and community. Work in teams with your classmates to create AI solutions for everyday challenges—from helping kids learn more effectively to making schools safer, improving how families stay healthy, or protecting the environment. Fall 2025 Success Stories

Our Fall 2025 cohort of 15 exceptional students from across the nation completed an intensive 12-week program building real AI solutions for industry partners. From graduate students specializing in data science to freshmen exploring AI for the first time, each participant gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

Students worked on projects ranging from AI Career Companions to cybersecurity frameworks, developing both technical skills and policy expertise. Many earned industry certifications and built impressive portfolios that opened doors to new career opportunities.

The program's interdisciplinary approach brought together majors from Computer Science and Architecture to Journalism and Agricultural Business, creating rich collaborative experiences that mirror the diverse teams found in modern AI development.

Lunch & Learns
